Roll directly on affected areas and massage oil for several minutes with fingers for maximum benefit. We recommend testing on a small area first. Wait at least 4-6 hours before each additional application. Reapply as needed.

When using photosensitive oils on your skin, avoid direct sunlight or UV light exposure for a minimum of 12 hours. If venturing outside before the 12 hours, please wash oils off with soap and water and/or wear full-coverage clothing on the areas where the oil was applied.
Avoid contact with the eyes and other mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin, and do not use it with other ointments, creams, sprays, or lotions. After using, wash your hands with cool water, and do not apply bandages over the oil.
